Our Facility:

In 2014 we relocated our west campus facility, also known as CAIT, to the Danforth Campus.  Our new facility features 4 classrooms for lecture and lab-based instruction.  Our courses are built with state-of-the-art technology and software and can be taken in a day or evening format.   Located in the center of the Danforth Campus, the TLC allows students to take advantage of all that the Washington University in St. Louis campus has to offer.

Our Team:

Lynette Rienbolt
Director, Professional Development Programs

Lynette joined the Technology & Leadership Center staff in June 2017 as the Director of Professional Development Programs.  She is responsible for overseeing the operations, curriculum and client relations for the center.  Lynette has enjoyed a 20 + year career as a training management professional.  Her experience includes training development and delivery, needs analysis, operations management, sales management, client relationship management and performance management.  Lynette has worked with clients in many sectors including financial services, healthcare, government , non-profit, manufacturing, transportation, and education.  Development Dimensions International (DDI) has certified her as a trainer and as a Manager Ready assessor.

Ellen Boyne
Client Relationship Manager

Ellen joined the Professional Education Department in the School of Engineering & Applied Science in 2013, after working at the Olin Business School for 2 years. Ellen has more than 15 years of sales experience helping clients in a variety of industries including financial, manufacturing and Information Technology.  If you are interested in scheduling lunch and learns, private custom training or having the Technology & Leadership Center come and speak to a group of individuals you can contact Ellen.

Sue Becker
Administrative Coordinator

Sue joined the Technology & Leadership Center in September of 2016.  Prior to joining WashU, Sue was employed at Anheuser-Busch for many years.  Through the years, she held various positions which included credit analyst, programmer/database administrator, computer operator, word processor and receptionist.
